Owl, your new agent for locations.
Owl is a smart assistant dedicated to your locations, built for the daily reality of the field. You talk to it by voice, you keep a history of its conversations, and it knows the information specific to each location thanks to tag-based curation.
It also ships with a kiosk mode optimized for tablets, so you can set it down in the dining room or kitchen and let it answer your teams all day long.

A new home page, and Lark to read your numbers.
The Hatch OS home page has been redesigned to centralize your agents and give you a clear view of your activity. Meet Lark, your new agent dedicated to data analysis and operational piloting, with agent cards to reach your key metrics and a view of your deadlines and recent activity.
The Academy becomes a real training platform.
Big push this month: you can build evaluation grids, schedule tests and track your teams' skills, with reports you can share as PDF. At the end of a learning path, everyone can review their detailed results and quiz answers. We also added per-path tracking and the option to delay when a chapter is triggered.
A dashboard to read your network performance.
HQ now has a new dashboard to analyze network performance, with automatic classification of the topics your agents handle. Along the way, the size limit for training files goes up to 200 MB.
Your automations and conversations go multimedia.
You can now add documents and images straight into your automation scenarios, picking from your library or importing new files, all reorderable by drag and drop. And photos and documents received over WhatsApp now show up in the prospect timeline.
Your audits, backed by proof.
Every item in an action plan can carry proof of completion: a photo, a document, or simply an explanatory comment, now accepted as valid evidence. Your audit reports include that proof, for clean, defensible tracking.
New sources, and sturdier syncs.
We plugged in new documentation sources (L'Addition and Yokitup) to enrich your agents' answers, added support for Google Drive folder shortcuts, and made Notion and Drive synchronization far more reliable.
