Issue No.001 Updates007

Wrapping up Q2 with Hatch OS.

No teasing, no phantom roadmap. That's what build in public means for us: we show you what we're working on, every month. In Q2, we beefed up the Academy (an interactive, playful learning app you can use without logging in), gave Sparrow, your development agent, an identity on WhatsApp, walled off each agent's knowledge, and put your pipelines on autopilot. All of it, unfiltered. Patrick, co-founder of Hatch OS

Sparrow now has a face and a voice.

You can customize the visual and vocal identity of your Sparrow WhatsApp agent: a profile photo in your colors, and the voice it uses with your franchise candidates.

Everything is set from a new « WhatsApp Agents » section in the admin, as soon as your WhatsApp account is connected.

The Academy speaks your teams’ language.

Course content and the reader interface are now available in French and English, with a language switcher right inside the reader, so you can train the field in its own language. Network stats no longer count inactive users: numbers you can finally trust.

Off the clock

So what is an AI-native company, concretely?

We get asked a lot. Our answer fits in one sentence: we build with our customers. No roadmap set in stone, no features dreamed up in a vacuum.

We move use case by use case. Without a real use case, we don't ship anything. But the moment a customer raises one, we can adapt fast, sometimes in a few days.

We do set a roadmap at the start of each month. It's never frozen, though: if a priority lands from the field, we reorder it without hesitation. That's what AI-native means: speed of adaptation as much as the tech.

Our compass: founder-market fit (we come from the restaurant and franchise world) and above all our customers' feedback.

“Build with our customers.”

Want to see it all in action?

We’ll show you Hatch OS in 30 minutes, on your own documents.
